Great news! Our partnership with Admiral Group has been shortlisted for an Arts & Business Cymru Award in the 'Arts, Business & Employees' category.

Together with the support of Arts & Business Cymru's CultureStep fund, Admiral's sponsorship of NoFit State we delivered a hugely successful Open Day last September at Cardiff Circus Centre. The event was aimed at welcoming local Communities First residents into our community, where they learned a range of skills including acrobatics, juggling, stilts, hula hoop and aerial skills like aerial hoop and static trapeze.

This partnership also provided vital funding towards this year's Youth Circus Bursaries, which have helped put 20 children onto our Youth Circus programme since the Open Day event; 20 children who otherwise might not have not been able to experience the joy of circus.

What do Admiral get out of all of this? As a company known for their commitment to the wellbeing and happiness of their workforce, Admiral use their sponsorship of NoFit State to provide rewarding opportunities to engage staff. This includes circus entertainment at Admiral events and unique team building workshops at NoFit State's Four Elms community home; including today's session with Abigale, Elinor, Nick and Abbie.

We are thrilled to have this partnership recognised as part of this year's Arts & Business Cymru Awards.
