Improve your flexibility and mobility

All levels welcome
This class will focus on improving your mobility and flexibility using a range of different techniques, such as soft tissue release, nervous system modulation and active flexibility to help you feel more stable and strong in the end-range positions often encountered in aerial and acrobatics. Laura brings together knowledge from several courses including Circus Medicine by Emily Scherb, Advanced Stretching Technique Instructor training and Cirque Physio MyFlex. The course is ideal for anyone new to flexibility training or those wanting to improve their flexibility in a safe and effective manner, especially those who feel 'stiff' and stuck in their flexibility progress. We will focus on front and middle splits, shoulder flexibility and stability to complement aerial and handstands, as well as back bends building up to a full bridge.
