Access Information

This is an inclusive community festival made by and for the people of Adamsdown, Splott and Tremorfa. The festival is a safe space, where all people, of all ages are welcomed to come together and celebrate the strength in community and unity.

Information and assistance

Information, lost children point and first aid can be found by the main stage area

There will be a large team of stewards and NoFit State staff are on hand to help if you need assistance or information. You can recognise stewards and staff by their white t-shirts with NoFit State Community logo and team on the back, with an orange lanyard with their name.

If anyone, or anything makes you feel unwelcome or unsafe in the event, please let a member of staff know and we will take appropriate action.

Welfare

There will Portaloos on site with a disabled toilet and a baby changing facility. Drinking water is free. You will find a water point in each zone of the park.

There will be food vendors at the park, selling food and drink at accessible prices.

You are also welcome to bring a picnic and you can also find a range of food offerings in Clifton Street which is about 5 minutes’ walk, from Anderson Fields.

Wheelchair Access

There are 6 exits and entrances around the park. The main entrances from Constellation Street are best for wheelchair access. Anderson Fields has tarmac paths in the main park area. There will be trackpads to enable access to grassy areas, so that most parts of the site can be accessed.

There will be a wheelchair area close to the main stage. There will several picnic areas with tables and benches and seating around the park

D/deaf Community

We will have a BSL interpreter at the information point. There will be a meet up point for the D/deaf community with Deaf Hub who will be stationed in one of the picnic areas in the park - head for the flags with the blue and yellow flags with the symbol of the Deaf community.

The programme incorporates a wide range of offers designed to appeal to all ages, tastes and interests. You will be able to see a range of visual and musical performances and cultural offerings from around the world, get creative with making activities in the marquee, try out circus and parkour, play traditional games from around the world and visit one of the dedicated areas for play activities.
